Established in 1992 by founders Mrs Eileen Walsh & Anthony Arthur Stisi to take advantage of a growing market, they expanded their portfolio from just one property to well over 100 within Hawick and it's surrounding areas.

The B.I. Group now owns one of the largest property portfolios in the Scottish Borders.

In recent years, younger generations of the family have taken the reigns, building from a solid foundation to create a modern company with a professional and personal service that's hard to beat.
