During the tenancy

Hopefully everything will go smoothly while you are living in one of our properties and you won't have to contact us, or hear from us very often. If you have a problem with the property, you can be sure we will do everything we can to sort it out. We'll organise a workman if any repair work is needed, who will contact you to gain access. Should you have a problem with the neighbours, it is up to you to resolve it as best you can. However, we can offer advice about contacting the ASBO team (anti-social behaviour team) if necessary.



We will carry out a walk-through inspection after one month of your move in date and every two months thereafter in the first six months to check that the flat is in a good state of repair. We will always inform you before we come.

If there are any changes to our procedures, we will write to you to let you know. You will receive a receipt every month when we have received your rent.
